Well, with the current state of the workforce, Cole decided that he would start exploring all his options. Today it was construction. As you can see he tried his hand at not only manual labor, but also being a foreman (watch the video and watch the transition from doing the work to coaching Shelley to do the work). In addition, he perfected the grunts, groans and scratches (in all the right places) that go with the job.

Cole is demonstrating classic leadership behavior in this video. He has the "Can do" thing going on but then pulls in the real help to get the job done. Given enough time I am sure that Shelley would have been in the shelving unit with Cole sitting back having a chocolate milk Martini and a big old cigar.
Not bad for a toddler! Justin is in the middle of a basement renovation. Maybe it's time for Cole to take a trip out to Wisconsin!
